Coelum is a bar, market, cafe, and restaurant located in the heart of Canton, Baltimore. Coelum is Latin for "sky" or "heaven." Our aim is to provide an exceptional level of hospitality, a high-level beverage and wine program, along with quality food and service.
Corey Laub most recently was Executive Chef at Aida Bistro & Wine Bar. Before Aida, Corey served as Executive Chef for both Fork & Wrench in Canton, and Modern Cook Shop in Fells Point, landing both restaurants on the Baltimore Top 100. Corey has cooked in Baltimore, DC, and Chicago and brings a wealth of experience to lead the kitchen at Coelum.

At this current time, we only offer street parking. Uber or Lyft are plentiful and a convenient way of enjoying an evening out at Coelum.
